Terms and Conditions
- Appointments & Scheduling
All sessions are by appointment only. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and will be charged the full session fee.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments missed or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
- Intake Forms & Health Information
Clients are required to complete all intake and consent forms prior to their first session. Health history forms must be kept current and are updated annually or as changes occur. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any changes to their health.
- Scope of Practice
Massage therapy provided is for relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscle tension. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
- Client Comfort & Consent
Client comfort and consent are always prioritized. Clients may request changes to pressure, techniques, areas of focus, or may end a session at any time. Draping will be used at all times to ensure privacy and professionalism.
- Professional Boundaries
Massage therapy sessions are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.
- Payment & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment should be confirmed prior to your appointment.
- Gift Certificates & Packages
Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and subject to the same cancellation policies unless otherwise stated.
- Right to Refuse Service
The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for any reason deemed necessary for safety, comfort, or professionalism.
- Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking and receiving services at Davidson Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
